Heavy Rain/Severe Weather

There is a minimum risk of severe weather Thursday afternoon/evening as a cold front and upper level low moves across the region. A few storms could become severe with hail and high winds being the main threat. High rainfall totals are possible mainly east of I-35 as this will be a slow moving upper level disturbance.
