The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of western and central Oklahoma until 11:00 PM CST. Hail to 2 inches in diameter, thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 MPH, a few tornadoes are possible and dangerous lightning also possible in these areas.

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Tornado Watch for portions of northwestern Texas, central and eastern Oklahoma until 11:00 PM CST. Several tornadoes with a few intense tornadoes possible, Hail to 2.5 inches in diameter, thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 MPH and dangerous lightning are possible in these areas.

Multiple days of severe weather are forecast to occur across parts of the Great Plains to the Mississippi Valley from Sunday through Wednesday. The severe weather threats will be from very large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes. Sunday is forecast to have isolated severe storms with Monday through Wednesday having the greatest intensity and coverage.
