Tropical Storm Helene

The Air Force Hurricane Hunter Aircraft investigated the remnants of Tropical Depression Seven and found a well-defined circulation once again. The system is now upgraded to Tropical Storm Helene with an intensity of 45 MPH. Helene is located about 90 miles east southeast of Tuxpan Mexico and moving north west at 7 MPH. Current forecast has Helene making landfall in Mexico as a Tropical Storm. South Texas could see a few inches of rain through this weekend into mid week.
