Severe Storms Possible

As you can see from the image above most of the active severe weather will be to the northeast of Central Texas. Numerous severe storms with large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes are possible over the moderate risk area this afternoon into the night hours.
There is a risk a few storms could fire off the dry line in the late afternoon hours. If any storm develops it could easily become severe with large hail and damaging winds being the main threat. As a cold front moves through after dark this could also be a focus for strong to severe storms.
