Slight Risk for Severe Storms on Christmas Day

There is a slight risk for severe weather starting overnight Monday into early Christmas morning along and east of I-35. The primary hazards from storms will be damaging winds, large hail with an isolated tornado threat. As this system moves east during the day on Christmas there is a greater risk of severe weather including tornadoes across the hatched area shown above.
