Storm Damage across Bell County

There are multiple reports across Bell County of damage from a possible micoburst from the recent storms today. Be careful if you are driving this evening as multiple trees and limbs are down in roadways. Pictures are courtesy of Joel Neil of Belton.

Storm Damage Reports From Last Night Storms

The National Weather Service storm survey team went out today and surveyed damage from last night storms to determined whether the damage was from straight-line winds or tornadoes. EF-3 Damage Confirmed In Thomastown, MS

Overnight on November 29, 2010 at least 4 EF-2 tornadoes and one EF-3 were confirmed by National Weather Service in Jackson, Mississippi. The EF-3 tornado was about 40 miles northeast of Jackson, MS.
